NO CALL/NO SHOW: We charge you $50 for this. We both need to be respectful of each others time.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS: If a cancellation is not due to an emergency there will be a $50 same day cancellation fee.
COPAYS ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE
If you have an outstanding balance, we will not schedule you. We do have payment plans available upon request.
We have had our self pay pricing rates change due to inflation. Please ask about this if this applies to you.
